Computer Vision - Robot nerd-cam tracks a human head (2003)

The nerd-cam tracks a human head based on skin color in H2SV color space. The tracker is fancy and can track the head and not the arms.

Those are just a bunch of debug comments. I can't recall what they all are, but some of them are commands that are being sent to the robot camera.
