does anyone play creatures in a burn deck?

blistering firecat, chain ball lightning, big red, goblin bidding/burn, goblin fireball, sparkmage burn, ping creatures from any magic set, and of course sacrifice creature burn cards. These card types and deck themes are all creature based burn decks.

i agree with mateograham..... it's decent don't get me wrong,but it could bebetter.... i made on myself.... here it is 4 blistering firecat 4 lightnng bolt 4 chained lightning 4 assault probe (for blistering firecat and ball lightning) 4 ball lightning 4 wheel of fortune (important to draw more burn cards... kills in speed) 4 flamebreaks (great for elf decks) 4 lava spike 4 flame rift 4 - card from side board I cannot post the sideboard, because i ran out of characters

do you have thunderbolt from weatherlight, that is a great burn card to have

Consider: Chain Lightning, Ball Lightning, Wheel of Fortune, Browbeat (since you like Skullscorch), Wastelands, Strip Mine, the lands that "shock" when you get threshold, and maybe goblins with goblin grenade.

Pretty good, mines a little different I have more older type 1 cards. I also have a sideboard for like you mentioned counterspell decks, my sideboard has like scald(when a player taps island they take 1dmg) and sirciro (player discards all counterspells or takes 4 dmg per each) and then red elemental blast, counter target blue spell, so i can counter their counter, its pretty good.

3 cards you might wana consider:book burning cost- 1 red 1 colorless sorcery, deals 6 damage to a player unless they have book burning and losses the top 6 cards of there library

beacon of destruction- 2 red 3 colorless instant, deals 5 damage to target creature or player, shuffle beacon of destruction back to your library(never deck out)

lava spike- 1 red sorcery, deal 3 damage to target player

What basically happens if you try to play the Fireblast in vintage, it gets countered by a Force of Will, or a Daze, or a Misdirection- and your lands are lost. And dont say they play creatures in straight-burn, because then its a different deck- named Sligh. If you're able to play Blistering Firecat in Vintage, your friends have rather bad decks for Vintage.

I agree with mateograham- it is not a good burn deck.

Pyrostatic Pillar? Chain Lightning? Price of Progress?
