  • I think it's good that you realize that you just had a bad weekend and that you can pick up where you left off and make it better tomorrow. Don't let it get you down too much. It happens, just need to move on and stay motivated! :)

  • Don't worry Jenni, next week it's gonna be better! And you did awesome for 5 days, so you already managed to do much good to your body :) I have your same problem btw, on the weekend i screw up... now i'm trying not to binge at weekends, but only to enjoy our sunday family meals... 1 day eating around 3000 calories when i ate less than 1500 a day for 6 days can't do any harm i think. I can't just skip sunday meals, it's not right towards my mom. But i won't use it as an excuse to binge!

  • Jen, you said it... What you do for the majority of the time is what defines you. Not your flub ups. Keep going.
