turiaf was like the most effective backup center for the lakers. i definitely miss his hustle plays and his aggressive rebounding and shot-blocking. he was that small a center for his size, but better yet the most unique of any other center in the nba. turiaf, you're one of the best!

They didnt trade ronny.
They lost him.
Because they didnt have enough money.
Mihms contract was cheaper.
So they kept him, it had nothing to do with who was better.
They had to let ronny go

Naw, they could've kept him. It was just that he would get no or barely any minutes. He wanted to play, Mitch wanted to keep him, but with drew back and pau, just no minutes. This was in an interview awhile back. Come on, he was a big part of the heart of this team, Mitch didn't want to lose that, but he would get no playing time.

Phil said the reason they didnt keep ronny was because they could only afford to keep one center.
And mihm was worthless, so they kept mihm.
