Hold My Camera (While I Run Away)

Warning- NYC pranks never quite work out. But here's the premise: You know how criminals in NYC will ask if you want them to take your picture, then they run off with your camera? What if I turned that around on people and asked someone to videotape me? Then I ran away, leaving them awkwardly holding my camera?

I wish I had someone else to work a second camera on them. Naturally I tried this with my disposable camera in case they decided to walk off with it.

try getting 2 people. 1 camera guy and 1 actor. the actor is going to say "stop him ! he has my luggage !" while you're running. i think someone will actually tackle you

That gave me the idea of a brilliant prank you could do. Ask some random stranger to hold a box for you, then suddenly run away as quickly as you can, and see how they react when the box starts beeping faster and faster like a time-bomb. THIS MUST BE DONE!!
