BUCK-TICK is a Japanese rock band, formed by Imai Hisashi in 1985. They are sometimes associated with visual kei, but have been greatly influenced by Western gothic and industrial rock. Their musical style is very hard to describe as they keep changing it and developing their music all the time.

formed under buck-tick in "1984" not '85, and the band actually formed in 1982, but switched to buck-tick in 1984.

Actually,i'm not sure if he still is(in L'arc)or not. From what it seems,is that vamps is his new-and only-band and L'arc may be disbanded,.BUT! I could be wrong too..Either way though,they are both great groups and Hyde is a very talented musician,but I am biased and have to say Buck Tick and my beautiful,amazing Acchan are the very best! :-)
