Telekinesis Dice Water Levitation

Sooo...
I've bee watching youtube-user godspeed09's videos for a while now and thought what fun would it be to try to replicate his feats.
Since godspeed09 claims he has übernatural abilities, I'm going to be the yang to his yin and say that THIS IS AN ILLUSION. Done how? You figure it out smart guy! ;)

The basic principle is to show that all his stunts can be done (EVEN BETTER) with mere trickery (sometimes simple, other times not). I'm not saying that godspeed09 is a hoaxter, but that sure is the likelihood. Look at his videos, he's got everybody hooked!

All the editing done to the video is *opacity - fade out* and some music added (which is not added to hide the sounds (this time)). The music is "Lullaby" by _ghost at freemusicarchives dot org.

So, without further ado (heh), enjoy and have happy time cracking it.

The levitation definitely has to do with that string in the top right, as it seems to be moving only when the dice starts moving. I noticed you were careful when you used the scissors on the top, but were careless on the sides. You didn't even bother to wave your hand over the bottle, because you knew it would disturb the dice. As for the bottle cap, it's an optical illusion of some sort. Perhaps the cap is placed behind the lid in such a way that it looks like it's closed. That's my guess

@alternate241 You're highly observant, congratulations. You're the first one to describe so many details from this correctly. You were wrong on the lid though. And there's an extra-something what comes to the scissors.

@MatterofLuck Thanks! I wouldn't have known that it was a trick if it weren't for your description ;).

I'm pretty sure there's a hole in the cap, or some other kind of manipulation that can't be seen from the perspective of the camera. As for the scissors, maybe they're really dull/lubricated/the blades are separated enough from each other so the string can glide through without being cut? Or is it more convoluted than that? ;) Also, did you have a second person pull the string?

@MatterofLuck Hehe, how clever! Perfect way to allow the string to glide through without getting cut, and almost invisible too..

Did you pull the dice with your feet instead? I didn't really see any coherent pattern between the movement of your hands and the movement of the dice, so the next body part I imagined you moving the dice with would be your feet? :D?

(also, this is a fun game. It's a shame so many people would rather spam "fake and gay" rather than play along :/)

@alternate241 Yes! Feet is correct. It's amazing how people won't even consider other body parts than hands and mouth. It was challenging though! I had to build this pulley system over the bottle so that whatever I wanted to pull the strings with, they were always vertical in respect to the bottle cap.

Also, more complexity, notice how I used the _plural_ of "a string"? ;)
