@jeanwesker & fafjaafh - by "civilans" you mean the nazi scientists who are creating veil-powered super-soldiers and deadly monstrosities for the nazi military? Apart from anything else, you wouldn't want them running off to alert other soldiers - if their AI is capable of that -- and I don't think there's an option to tie them up.
And quit demeaning the guy who's given his time to creating this entire walkthrough for us to watch. If you don't like his style, watch somebody else.
