Against the international communty? Only Hamas and other terrorists do that! Madrid, Mumbai, Tel Aviv, London, NYC, Pakistan, Istanbul, Moscow,... Who are the international terrorists? The Hamas are the terrorists. And if one day Palestinians get rid of Hamas and Hizbollah they will find peace. No doubt. And it doesn't matter how many people were killed by whom - because if you take in account all the suicide bombings, the Yom-Kippur war, the 6 Days-War you get a surplus on Arabs side!
