My Horse Story [Read Description]

So this description will be split up into a couple of parts, meaning of the video, horses and details.

This video does mean alot to me, I almost cried making it. yes, that is chessy but the horses in this video, are like no other to me. And the song just kinda fit.

Deatails:
Well the first part of the video it had some random pictures of Lang's Horse And Pony Farm, ( comeride.com ) where I started riding and I still ride there, I rode trails for 6 years building up my riding skills.

Then came Boe. My always and forever favorite horse. I met him while bike riding with my dad to a 4th of July party. I learned more about him and got a chance to saddle train him. At this point I was 8 yrs old. The man, cody who was trying to train him was having though luck. being banged and through into fences. But Boe loved girls thankfuly. I manged to train him, and I loved that horse to death. I was told he loved me, and I hope he did and still does.

At July 14th, a almost two weeks after meeting Boe I went to horse camp. Where I met Lindy for the first time, which sparked my love for Arabians and created a famous user of mine, LindyFlika, Lindy and the misspelled movie Flicka. The was a amazing week of mine, they told me Lindy was a different horse for me and our headshot is my favorite picture of anything in the whole world.

When I returned Boe had been sold back to his orginal owner. I felt like my whole life had just be torn into bits. But my school bus passed by Cody's house (the trainer) everyday and one day I saw a horse in the yard. I freaked out, ran home, got my camera and matched them up. It was Boe. I knew then everythign would be okay. Cody explained he had bought Boe back for 1k, a good deal from it being 7k. I came to see Boe as often as I could. You know how a little girl would always ask their parent's for a horse? That went on my whole life until my parents said "When you 10." And my 10th birthday came along. That year I didn't expect a horse but when I went to see Cody he told me Boe was mine, I guess my parents weren't lying. Everyday after I left Boe, he would winney for me, as I left, I miss that.

Again I went to horse camp to vist my dear Lindy. She was amazing and again I had a great time. After that Lindy was sold, when I found out, I didn't know what to do.

Coming back home from camp I found out again Boe had been sold. I wondered why this world was so cruel. I would travel the whole world just to find that boy again. . .

A huge gap was left in my horse life until Lil'cool came along. A man had bought him for his wife but she sent him back, the man could not take care of Lil'Cool so he had him be taken care of at Cody's place. I trained Lil'cool to be in top condition. He was sweet and gentle but lazy. Hated to be ridden, so I worked with him on foot, encouraging him to let it go. And that worked out wonderful. I was the only one who ride him without serious damage to my body parts. (lol)

Oh yes and Shasta. The amazing mare. She was not the biggest part of my story but she sure makes one. We rescued her. The story is she was skinny and her halter was way to tight. We had to peel it off and get a vet in. She was in terrible condition but after a while she started to shine. Quickly a woman bought her, she was nick-named Ugly Betty, saying she may not be diamonds and gold now but wait until she gets herself together. (xD) She has gained 300 lbs + since. And the owner has plans to breed her, she was a pretty little thing :)

On July 11th my first horse lesson came along and it worked out well enough I decided to carry on, I worked with DeeDee then Coster, Mrs.Wilson, and Cotton, Foxy, but in the end it led to Sarafina, the perfect fit. Things have been going great with Sarafina but no horse could ever replace Boe, or Lindy. I miss them both so. And if I could get one last ride with each of them, that would make my life fulfilled, complete but, I don't know what I would do after words.

So bring on 2011, I am going for a big year in my life :D

@kimlisenko Well I am planing on going to Oregon University :D They have a riding team and a great Equine veternarian program

@kimlisenko Haha probably. But I am so short on money at the momment its easier just to focus on riding. I hope to atleast use that as a tool to get into college (:

The second horse is Lindy, I loved her so. .
