its firemist gold - shoreline gold is paler, lighter. Firemist is more copper in colour, more red.

Simply fantastic! I've got a nice replica of that very guitar (small headstock, but, otherwise...) - I haven't been able to raise the funds for a vintage Shoreline or Firemist Strat just yet. I've got lots of old 60s Fenders... but the Strat prices are a bit out of my range for now. Great vid!

Amazing playing dude! this one really put me in the zone!!

Can someone tell me what color gold this stratocaster is?? I'm looking for a strat that is a dark gold color with a black pickguard
-
amazing colour... nice playing bro!

if that's an actual '66, then the color is "aztec" gold - not a shoreline..
great tone btw, I have a 71 that sounds similiar.

That´s the sound I love - a lot of "plops" and damn clean - nice, like you´re playing a lot, great job!

hi, that's oggy the bug again, i can't clearly look at the end of the video, it seems that this firemist was put over an ice blue mettalic first coat.Fender did that kind of thing with a bad first color coat to save money
Can you tell me if your red strat and this one have the original color, it seems that yes on this video!
Shoreline is a lighter with a shade of bronze color, firemist is stronger with more yellow and gold in the color. That 's the difference.
Where are you in france?
