On Thursday, May 7, High School Principal, Scott Stahl, addressed a group of parents and community members about the changes facing education in the 21st Century. Mr. Stahl addressed the initiatives undertaken by the Oil City Area School District to help students learn the skills necessary to be successful in an ever-changing world.
