There an alright shoe, But do they really fit your foot. i downloaded this Application of iTunes called Wet test, It tells you your foot and shoe type, and gives you a list of the correct shoes. It helped me alot.

ive been useing the same shoes for a over year then i bought this i was trying to run for an hour but i had to stop every 20 min cus it made my left knee cap sore and the other knee too but just a little bit i run track and xc

Are these shoes made to Fit Thick feet by anychance? I have big toes/wide feet.. what you think?

The toe box is fairly accomodating and they have quite a wide last. I'd recommend you try them on in a store but I can't see you having any problems.
