It's an advertisement on you tube. What does it matter that it's not the MLS? It absolutely makes sense to add the price to the video because that's all we want to know. I'm speaking TRUTH in my comment. All we want is the price. Once it "looks" satisfactory THEN you get to deliver your "sales pitch". But please save us BOTH the time and list the price. Unless you are so desperate to get just one phone call. In this market I can see why. Oh wait. Now is the best time to buy a house right? Haha!

Becuase in most cased they are outrageously expensive. Way above market via some underwater home debtor or developer. They know that if they put the price nobody will call. The Realt-whore is so desperate for just one phone call on the house he/she uses this to "hook you" and when you call of course they never want to give you the price right away they want to "reel you in". It's irritating because all I care about is the PRICE! And I wish they would stop wasting our time and just give it to us!

Do you want the price? I'd be happy to tell you. Prices aren't listed here as this is NOT the MLS and the price may change so it doesn't make sense to add the price to the video.
