27-13-6, for a 23 year old who was drafted in the 4th round and his first season in the NHL it looks like all the hype is worth it, on top of that he`s leading goalies in all star votes to play at the all star game, put your loyalties aside and appreciate a good athelete when you see one,im not even a leaf fan, i like to think of self as just hockey fan who see`s a young kid here with potential. get over ur self

being technical is all great but if you lack the reflexes, quickness and glove hand then it reduces your chances in games. he's hyped up so much its not even funny and the only reason is because the toronto havent seen a goalie since 2004 lol...

@MentalEminence Most of the time yes, what has given him success is just sticking to the fundamentals of goaltending, but you can`t just say that, have you see his desperation diving saves? Im really not one to care about what a goalie`s style is, as long as he keeps the puck over the line hes doing his job.

Reimer is a typical positional goalie. Just sit and hope the puck hits you.

@MentalEminence Ya but the difference is, Reimer is not a veteran like Thomas, Reimer came out of nowhere for the Leafs and his current career record is 27-13- 6, not bad for a kid with less than a year in the NHL and one of the youngest teams in the League in front of him.
