Sorry that you misunderstood this video. There were NO LOSAR celebrations this year - 2009. The dancing was last year, as mentioned in the clip. The text in the clip also pointed out why the NO LOSAR movement.. The title in ENGLISH - for those who speak the language - is self explanatory : last year IS LAST YEAR, 2008 and this year IS THIS YEAR, 2009.
