@1944jhd Read facts moron, Bill Clinton passed the bill to deregulate the mortgage industry in 1998 to get more minorities into housing. He placed sever penalties on lenders if they didn't offer enough loans, so they were forced to offer bad loans with loose guidelines, because most minorities have bad credit and lower income. Facts. You just need to pay attention, that is the only problem. John McCain endorsed a bill supported by Bush to tighten lending. The Democrats shot it down. FACT

@1944jhd Also, it was the republicans in 2001 and 2003 that passed the largest tax cut for ALL TAX BRACKETS and eliminated the MARRIAGE TAX PENALTY and added an additional $500 CHILD TAX CREDIT and significantly weakened the ALTERNATE MINIMUM TAX (AMT)... which are all going to be rescinded at the 2010.
