I understand that you need to be slim shape like Kobe's figure when u're in the pro basketball, but this guy obviously is showing some progress and motivation. He went down from 285lbs to 264lbs. That's 21lbs of fat loss from last year. Also, some people turned to foods as coping alternatives when in depression or stress, to make them feel good. I just hope he wont eat as much when Paul Westphal dog him out but rather hit the gym instead.
