These days, just about everyone accepts that the world's truly big economic story is the phenomenal rise of China, so it is surprising that the richest man in mainland China - worth a cool $3 billion and still counting - is not Chinese, he's Australian. Well, Australian-Chinese! We profile a tycoon whose solar-powered vision for that vast nation is based on years of research he did here in the West. Indeed, the Sun King is convinced his business plan could actually change the world.

You are defintely wrong. Now some low-skill factories has been moved from China to some other countries, like Vietnam. The reason is that Chinese workers require too high salary.
Some high-tech jobs in China are actually well paid even in western standard. You can see a lot westerners working in China now.
