7 Things I needed to get off my chest when it comes to cisgender (non-trans) society. A little sensitivity training, if you will.

  • @lumberjackpdx that wasn't my comment, it was VeganMudblood's comment. Ignorance I will work with (hence my entire point in making this video in the first place), willful ignorance and deliberate bigotry I have no time or space for in my life.

  • @nlspe you feel better? Your little black and white world a little less shaken up now that you rationalized everything in your imbecile mind? Now, let me show you how many fucks I give about your uneducated opinion:

  • @mrclarm Point being, there are MANY ways to be a man, trans or not - get used to it.

  • @mrclarm that's too bad. If a cis man dressed in drag, it'd be not only incorrect but completely disrespectful and out of place for you to question whether or not he was a "real man". It's equally incorrect and disrespectful to question a trans man's gender based on the same things. Also consider the fact that the societal rules and guidelines for how to be a "real man" and "real woman" is completely different and often contradictory across different cultures and over time.

  • @hufflelump exactly! cross dressing doesn't change your gender, that's why it's called 'cross dressing'. and being 'feminine' doesn't make me any less of a man, trans or not.

  • @qholland84 thank you, and thank you for watching it. :)

  • I am a female assigned at birth, and I consider myself a female, and straight, so perhaps I don't understand everything. What I do understand is that you are a wonderful man and I love that you posted this. To me, you were born a man. Nothing has changed except that you are even more-kick ass for having the balls to post this :)

  • I know that feel brah. You keep on trucking.

    From another transman :)

  • Excellent upload. Intentionally or not, you did educate me. From one guy to another, I wish you the best.

  • Hey there, wanted to say that I respect you and your video and I appreciate the perspective you offer. Unfortunately, I think that society as a whole is still a LONG way off from transgender acceptance, considering we are still in the midst of homophobia and even racism. I'm not you, so take this as you will: try to treat people who don't understand you or even hate you as respectfully as someone who does understand and love you as you are. Calling someone a 'piece of shit' won't help anyone. :)

  • @nlspe You are being a cissexist piece of shit. Gender is not defined by genitals or other body parts. A cis man who had testicular cancer is still a man; a cis woman who had breast cancer or ovarian cancer is still a woman. A person's gender is independent from body & dress. A trans woman is a real woman; a trans man is a real man; a genderqueer person is really non-binary (neither man nor woman). Also, trans people may choose NOT to undergo HRT/SRS; they're still the gender they say they are.

  • @mrclarm

How does cross-dressing make anyone less of a gender? If I got in a mouse costume would it make me less of a human?

  • Hells Yeah!
