  • @dtoiam I wouldn't call rising from the dead a failure...

  • I agree with Savage. If entry into heaven depended solely on accepting Jesus as savior, it would actually mean no ultimate justice. Let's say a man who spent his whole life killing and raping accepts Christ, and then a man who throughout his life did immense amount of good but wasn't convinced of the Christian position...so the prior guy who committed heinous evil gets into heaven but the good unbeliever doesn't. It would be unjust given the injustice of this world.

  • @disciplesofthecross Many of Jesus' disciples believed his second coming was imminent in his their lifetimes. Why don't you dive into the OT a little more? Jesus utterly fails as the awaited Messiah. Isaiah 53 doesn't speak of Jesus but the nation of Israel in the singular: it is one of four servants songs (Isaiah 42:1-4, 49:1-6, 50:4-9, & 52:12-53:13). The Messiah is supposed to bring peace, end predation, fill the world with the knowledge of God, rebuild the third temple, and resume sacrifice.

  • @HugoBossUnzipped You must have some great moral confusion. Do you hate these two men simply because they have a different political position than you. That's utterly wrong. I'm in contact with people who have differing political views than me but never make their politics the focal point on which to judge their character or humanity. Search Kevin Roos, on YT, talking about his book, a liberal, who personally interviewed Falwell and found him, on a personal level, to be an okay fellow.

  • @disciplesofthecross you do realize that people of other religions belive in their god and their holy book just as vehemently as you? So why is yours correct. If you say because the bible says so than you are an idiot. The Quaran says that the Quaran is true, and the Torah says the Torah is true. So how can you assert that your religion is the "correct" religion?

  • sounds scripted, Fallwell told the truth but he doesn't believe it, this is an obvious set up to keep the sheep deceived, very sneaky is the devil, hes stealing your salvation, wake up people before its too late...These times of ignorance God has overlooked, but now commands all men everywhere to repent ACTS 17:30

  • Im sure old man savage is going to burn in hell

  • @cmh17a

    "ANY" religion is a cult.

"when one person suffers from a delusion it is called insanity. When many people suffer from a delusion it is called religion."

  • The Bible: Because all the works of science cannot equal the wisdom of cattle-sacrificing primitives who thought every animal species in the world lived within walking distance of Noah’s house.
