Latest video of status-of-construction on the GoldCrest Executive Tower at Jumeriah Lake Towers project. What's special about this particular tower in this collection of approx 78 towers in JLT? .. It's location in relation to the the Al Mas Centerpiece tower (Diamond Trading ). The close proximity to the Dubai Metro station, approx 150 meters walk. and it is being marketed as an Executive Office and residences tower, with facilities for Recreation, business and dining. Large man made lake flanks it on three sides offering picturesque settings when the weather turn for the better between Oct to May in Dubai.
JLT has a prime location on the "Dubai Auto Bahn", Sh., Zayed road, and yet devoid of the congestion.
A project worth keeping en eye on in our opinion.
