Their new album contains some really good songs, but I don't suppose that any of them will become hits because the times have changed. Not for the better, in my view. Contemporary music strikes me as pretty bland and boring, but you just never know what's going to sell.

Yes your mature, Some like Steve some like arnel i like them both what i said was to the fact that their are many that like both of them as each brings something different to the music. U can say all ya want. And if he just sang others songs its fine but the new songs they've been making are just as good as the old ones. Plus people from mine and younger generation has been getting into the new journey and the old. he doesn't overshadow steve perry and steve perry doesn't overshadow him. He is one of the few sings in the world that i think keeps it in balance

Revelation CD2 is AP's tribute to Perry, one of his idols and inspiration. CD1 is AP's own. AP would be ecstatic to meet and get SP's autoraph. I believe there is no issue between the two.
So people from both sides stop the SP-AP bickering and grow-up.

AP doesn't sound really like SP, he's got different voice when singing the new songs of journey....but when he sings the old journey songs i.e SP's song he sounds like almost SP, but i guess he has to sound like SP in those instances...
