  • Thank you, m8a1x2!

  • Aaron, how long did you take to master this piece? The interpretation's simply lovely! What pieces are you working on right now? I look forward to seeing more of your performances!

  • Dear DMusic96,

I'm glad you like my interpretation, as it was quite difficult for me to learn the interpretation of this piece! Overall, it probably took me about eight or nine months to learn the piece and get the interpretation to the level it was in this video.

    Sincerely,

    Aaron

  • Aaron, I love all 3 parts of this competition. Is this the competition you won that led to your performance at Carnigi(I know i spelt that wrong)hall?

I also appreciate you reply to comments people make-you are of the very few people on you tube who does this.

  • Dear jayb1964,

This is not the competition that led to me performing at Carnegie Hall; the competition that led to my performance at Carnegie Hall was the Bradshaw and Buono International Piano Competition. Thanks for your kind words and for watching my video!

    Sincerely,

    Aaron

  • Dear tscholent,

I'm so sorry for the late reply; I don't know how I missed your comment. Rubinstein is one of my favorite pianists and one of the best of all-time, so your compliment is deeply appreciated. Thank you so much for your unbelievably supportive words!

    Sincerely,

    Aaron

  • I can see Arthur's wife (up there) nudging him , saying "see I told you that some day somebody will be playing just like you again"....

  • Dear MusicMeddy,

Thank you so much for your continuing support and compliments! I'm currently working on a Chopin Etude, Chopin Scherzo, Haydn Sonata, and a Bach Prelude and Fugue. I spent some time this summer working on the Mendelssohn piano trio, but I have since moved on from it. Also, thanks for the birthday wishes!

    Sincerely,

    Aaron

  • It's wonderful how much feeling you can put into the music. I love your interpretations!

You're great and have such a big gift!

What are you working on at the moment?
