  • Also with copper you need to have them retinned (the silvery coating inside copper cookware) very expensive to have done correctly. ( Not many people in the USA can do it) And I agree with this video out of the ones you have done so far. I just can't stand anodized aluminum cookware and nonstick is really only good for low heat and eggs. If people have access to a restaurant supply store in their town/cities. Pay them a visit and see what they really use. Walmart is not a good place to buy pans.
