@MrIscrewedyourmom your hidden power is determined by you IVs and a easy was to tell what type yours is is by using a hidden power calculator or talk to the guy in veilstone (i think thats where he is) in the casino

can someone explain me how do all of these guys have all their pokemons in lvl 100 and they always change their team :/ for me is really hard to get that lvl please someone answer me

In Gen 4, there was an option on Wifi to set your team to Level 100 for the duration of the battle. This is however not in Gen 5. Of course, a lot of competitive Pokemon players use a savefile editor or Action Replay to make Pokemon instead of training them, since that saves a lot of time breeding / EV training and leveling.
