@UNOMINER oh dear god you are just wrong everywhere. ok, ice is LIGHTER than water, thats why it floats. ice displaces MORE volume than water. The reason for both of these is because there is air trapped in the ice. (water+air=more volume / air = lighter than water) You admit ice on land melting will cause the sea to raise, now imagine an entire continent made of ice melting, would that cause the sea to rise? of course it would. Your argument is so wrong i find it hard to believe.

@toptubz Sorry my friend but ice is frozen water we agree that. Water just because its frozen doesnt become heavier. It displaces the same amount frozen or not. So one cap can melt an make no difference. I admit if the ice is over land sea lvl WILL rise. But my point is people have been taught evolution. So other point I made was erosion over so called millions of years would of raised sea lvls far more. not that simple to explain in a few words. Shalom

@UNOMINER The polar ice caps melting will and does cause the sea to rise. I fear if I explained to you why that is different to an ice cube in a glass you wouldn't get it, you just have to take my word on this one.
