Please note that my selection of these "Romantic Songs" are based ONLY on the melody, since I do not know the languages, Hindi and Urdu. Some of these songs may not be THAT romantic but they are HAPPY songs, according to the melody and picturisation, I believe!

"Anand" (Hindi: आनंद, Urdu: آنند) is a Hindi film written and directed by Hrishikesh Mukherjee and released in 1971. It starred Rajesh Khanna and Amitabh Bachchan. The dialogue of the film was written by Gulzar.

Indiatimes Movies ranks the movie amongst the Top 25 Must See Bollywood Films.

Music;

The musical score for the film was composed by Salil Chaudhary.
The lyrics were written by Gulzar [He also wrote the poem "Maut to ek Kawita hai"] and Yogesh.

The character of Anand was inspired by Raj Kapoor, who use to call Hrishikesh Mukherjee as "Babu Moshay". The film is dedicated to Raj Kapoor and the people of Bombay.

Later, Anand was remade in Malayalam, with the name Chitrashalabham (butterfly) starring Jayaram and Biju Menon.................


"Kismat" [1968] is an Indian Hindi film written/directed by Manmohan Desai and produced by Kamal. Mehra.
Starring Babita, Biswajeet, Helen, Tun Tun and Hari Shivdasani.
Music is by O.P. Nayyar.
Lyrics by Noor Devasi........................


"Caravan" is a 1971 movie under Nasir Hussain films banner. Nasir Hussain and Sachin Bhowmick wrote the screenplay. Hussain's brother Tahir Hussain is credited as producer.
It starred Jeetendra and the Nasir Husain fixture- Asha Parekh. It also had Aruna Irani , Helen and Madan Puri.
Two more Husain fixtures were involved in the songs: lyricist Majrooh Sultanpuri and music composer R.D. Burman.

The film was a hit at the box office.
