soon I would like to get into magnalium stars and I was wondering does the veline blue have any unusaul proporties such as being sensative or heat up opon wetting and does the magnalium have to be treated or is it optional

Hi, no it doesnt, in fact, it is a very comfotable mix and it could be made into any type of star. magnalium has a good property that it is not reactive, in my experience. anyway if you want you could add some acetine in your mix or any other solvent for parlon and it disolves it and coats magnal powder grains, bet I belive this is an even more suitible method for mg. which is more reactive....
