so just to be clear, i can do neck extension exercises and that is good for loss of cervical curve/forward head posture? i ask because i havnt been able to realy find an answer on this. and another video from some other guy suggested doing neck flexion from the supine position for the same reason. can u please clarify? your way does make more sense to me. why would u wana work flexion if forward head posture is your problem? ya know wat i mean?
