Damn the graphics look like they are from 2004. The game itself looks decent enough, but even consoles could handle better graphics.

George Martin did contact Bethesda about doing a Game of Thrones RPG, and they showed a lot of love for the view, but they were working on Skyrim at the time and did not wish to take on a brand new job at the same time as doing something as big as Skyrim.

Its a big fucking shame because an RPG with the same style as EldorScrolls, but based on A Game of Thrones would have been just pure epic, and would have killed my social life lol.

Why is everyone criticising the graphics? from what I've seen it's not an ugly game and the art style fits in perfectly with George R.R Martins universe, if you want pretty perhaps you're in the wrong place. And don't bother replying I'm not going to read any more comments.

ps. I don't mind the visuals, they look decent enough. Too many games nowadays focus solely on graphics and forget gameplay and story. Atleast the story part should be in good hands! That being said, I still have my doubts about this, but atleast it looks better than the horribly outdated RTS! I just hope this isn't a quick attempt to cash in on the success of the new TV series and books. But we'll see!
