Thank you. I've got some benefit from this video clip although I just copied the movements by myself. It's good. Tks.

Thank you for the beautiful video, Salcanzonieri.
How do we know the age of this set?
Also, where is it currently practiced? if it is still a Shaolin Qigong set- is it practiced or taught at the main temple despite it's recent commercialization in association with China's rebuilding? Or is it taught in that area?
Thank you for any insight

@likeleavesinwind the 13 postural movements themselves are found individually within the Rou Quan sets that are part of the ancient Shaolin Luohan system that was last taught by Shi Degen. One of his disciples is Zhu Tianxi. It is found in the areas outside Shaolin temple that Shi Degen taught in. It is not taught there now.

Also, it is seen in a few taiji like Shaolin Rou Quan 36 posture sets 1-3 that are being revived at Shaolin currently. The head abbot has documented the sets after conferring with Shaolin lineage descendents from the various areas of Henan. These sets were documented also in the Shaolin Encyclopedia as being from the original series of sets that were practiced there before the place was burned down in 1920s.
