Do NOT watch if you are easily offended! Back in the Britain of the Eighties, these two bad boys RULED young people's comedy. Tony fell by the wayside, but Paul's still going strong. These are a few moments when everything didn't QUITE go as planned...

  • I actually saw Tony Slattery's basde arse while we were both changing in the Pineapple studios in Covent Garden.

  • @snorgle To be fair, Josie Lawrence appears to have discovered immortality. I thought Tony was damn sexy with his beard... :)

  • WOW. Where did you find the Just A Gigolo outtakes? I LOVE THAT SHOW!!!

  • "What's this for?"

"It's in exchange for a fuck."

    Genius.

  • @snorgle It was amazing to see them back together, wasn't it?

Poor Tony. I really wish he was on the telly more often, he's amazing!

    =/

  • It was great to see Tony Slattery on 24hour panel people for Red Nose Day. He and Josie Lawrence were amazing, although Tony has aged a hell of a lot more than Josie.

  • @WhyGenFM3 - fair enough.

  • I don't think it's like that. I think he just enjoyed being in the spotlight, but it got the better of him. There's a point around 1992/1993 that you can pinpoint in the Whose Line series where he's in control and enjoying being part of showbusiness, to where he becomes a loose cannon whose struggling to cope with the pressure of a live audience. That's how I see it anyway.
