    Fair enough. Hey, what is that road like in winter? We are looking at coming up from Australia at Christmas and spending the holidays in Stowe. Haven't done any driving in the snow before.

    Just went there yesterday. The Notch is closed for the winter, I agree with that. Make sure the rental has snow tires! NOT all seasons, or rent a Subaru, AWD!!!

    I lived in Stowe for 18 months. I had a great time! You probably passed by TopNotch Resort where I worked and The Meadows where I lived at. I know all these places like the palm of my hand!!

    I miss Stowe!!

    I WAS iN sTOWE THE LAST YEAR. I worked at "Stowe Mountain Lodge", It is just the new wooden building that on that time was being constructed. Oh Yeah I worked there....and I Lived in Fosters, you had to pass by there, it is in The mountain road avenue.....I HAVE GREAT MEMORIES OF STOWE...I HAVE TO GO BACK THERE.
