When you visit Laos, please donate school supplies such pencils, papers, books, computers anything to the schools or libraries to help these students. I thought about volunteering to teach english myself...

This is an excellent project. I find your 9 mins documentary very informative. I'd really like to know if there is a similar project being implimented in the southern province of Laos? I am an ex-pat Lao and I am planning to return there. I'd very much like to have the opportunity to get involved with such project.

Carol Kresge, the founder and director of "The Language Project" is very particular that the books are culturally relevant. I appreciate your enthusiasm. However, let's not send a bunch of books to people who aren't best able to use them. She doesn't want to westernize these people. She just wants them to be able to read and to create jobs for themselves. Thank you for your kindness.
