Here's a video clip from Action News 5, Memphis, Tennessee showing Ron Wood on a promotional tour advertising a book of his marvelous artwork. Nancy Hart takes us up to the Peabody Skyway where Ron and his old friend Joe Walsh play along with Duck Dunn and The Coolers to a sold out (and amazed) crowd.

This is a priceless Memphis Memory! Check the outfits - and attitude - that the audience was wearing. This clip is truly representative of '80s nightlife in Memphis. As a bonus the video also shows a piece of the ending segment for Action News 5 at that time. Didn't everybody look young?!

RUMOR DEPT: Joe Walsh was spending a few months in Memphis during this period of time. He could often be found performing in bars all over town, sitting in with some of Memphis' finest musicians. Rumor has it that he was here because was smitten by a Memphis Belle who kept him buzzin' around her Magnolias for a bit.

MEMPHIS TRIVIA: In one section of the clip you can see legendary Memphis sax player Jim Spake on stage next to Ron and Joe.
