But... that low-C... it THUNDERS! How!?! *breaks down babbling*
Ehh, at this point I wash my hands of trying to understand *anything* you do on bass. It's as if The Gods of Bass looked down upon you and said "Well, she's cute, had pink hair like an Anime character and plays a Ric like a maniac: we'll give her a pass in the realm of physics in bass playing entirely..." ;-)
I'm *this close* to finishing my long-awaited bass project - I'll drop you an email in the upcoming week. :D

Yeah, that's how I found your music. Looking on youtube for Rickenbackers.
Mine is a 4003S/5 in all inspiring JetGlo. Love it.

Whew! I'm glad I'm not the only one!

Wow, too cool! I'm so glad you like it!

Man, we would both be *SO* screwed if we needed to swap basses for a set. Your downtuning to C would absolutely f'up the "standard" note intervals in my head, and the heavy strings I imagine you use to sustain that C would have me thankful for 20 years of calluses. On your side, the fact that I use 35" scale 5ers 75% of the time wouldn't help you much, and to play BK you'd have to use my "C Standard" bass (for Dethklok) which would screw up *your* intervals. We'll have to try it one day...

Haha! That WOULD be a fun experiment! If it makes you feel any better, I use super-light gauge strings

Cool stuff, Amy! What's that on your strap?

Well, nothing exciting -- just a wireless mic!
Glad you liked it!

Great video. I also like the multiple camera angles for showing the detail of both hands.

Thanks! We thought it would be fun to do as many angles as possible.
