Peculiar Tactics. A painting can or cannot be a work of art. There are many hand made objects with aesthetic value that is not art. Art in the modern sense is a rather new idea.

What matters is not what is art, because art always escapes from logic. What matters is to know what is GOOD art and stop worshipping contemporary CRAP and call it "evolution".
