Thats awesome, Its been my dream for years to go either to Montana or North Dakota for prairie dogs but thing is I don't know a soul around those parts. These squirrel sized ones here in Idaho just don't cut it, I hear theres some mean Native American prairie dog recipes as well hahhaha If you're feeling lucky.

@pitchfork454 There is no need for a bigger caliber, just use Barnes Varmint Grenade bullets. They do an impressive amount of damage for a .224 bullet :)

@Antithropocentric I don't give a rats ass if prairie dogs lived side by side with buffalo. They were probably responsible for allot of the bison breaking there legs as well. I'm also going to take up shooting prairie dogs. I'm so tire of people like you trying to impose there views on other people. Thanks for showing me the light. I think I will use a bigger caliber so I can make a bigger mess of the doggies.
