  • Hey how much on average will it coast for everything including the snake and the heating but not the tank. So how

Much does it coast on average with the snake and things that you need to buy buy not including the inclosure

  • $25 for the light fixture

    $20 for the light bulb

    $35 for a heat pad

    $20 for the hide

$20 for appropriate size water dish

    $9 for substrate

  • Finally enjoying your carpet python...Priceless.

  • Could you keep one in a tub?

  • @HamboneV1; If you had the correct heat, substrate and a hide sure you could, but you snake isn't going to be very comfortable. I also wouldn't use that kind of enclosure for any longer than a week. If you're thinking about getting any snake, you really should have proper enclosure. You could live in a 4' ft by 10' ft cell all your life, but it wouldn't be right, nor would you be happy.

  • i have a 3x2x2 LxDxH

  • Are you using it for anything?

  • Great python mate and I love that there are people like you on YouTube that know what there talking about, keep up the videos !!!!

  • To heat the cage can i use just a heat mat or will i have to use a heat bulb with it, If so what type of light and what watt should the bulb be ??? Please reply

  • I just got a little 1-2 month old coastal x irian jaya a couple days ago, he's about 1'10" or 2' long, he's a real nipper but I haven't fed him yet. Any tips on how to get him used to being handled? He's my first snake so I'm still a little nervous reaching into his tank but apparently I should wait a week before handling him anyways?

Well as I mentioned, any and all pointers would be greatly appreciated. Beautiful snake you have there, he seems very calm and happy, hopefully mine will mellow.

  • awesome vid mate

  • @trtlpmp yet thats what most big breeders use

  • a couple hundred? at least a hundred... at my local pet store they have a jungle carpet python for $169 same as a red tail boa and since eventually im gonna have to breed rats im trying to decide what kind of snake i should get... something farely easy and i dont care on size as long as its not a burmeese or retic... recomend anything?

  • 4 to 5 feet for jungle carpet males

  • carpet pythons cost $99.99 ame going to get one

  • Hey, I have a 55 gallon tall glass tank. Plenty room I assume. But my 5ft IJ keeps trying to push his way out of screen top. I weary of him damaging his nose. A breeder told me cause its mating season. What do you think???
