My new Creative ZEN Mozaic 2GB

This is my new creative zen mozaic 2gb. as you can see it seems to have a broken screen. I bought this player yesterday and I loved it until I pulled it out of my pocket today and it was broke. At first I thought it was froze up or something. Then I noticed that I could still see the now playing and battery life and volume meter. I couldn't understand why it would have broke. All I did was sit around the house all day. I tried to take it back to walmart and they said they can't exchange it because it had a scratch on the screen. now Im stuck with this piece of junk and no one will buy it and I cant do anything but listen to music on it now. damn, I guess I'll buy another someday.

i can't charge my zen mozaic cause when i attach it to my usb it does not charge unless i connect the usb hard together with my hands then it will start to charge.any tips to fix it?

I dropped mine...on carpet and now it was a black smudge to fill most the screen, I just use my phone for music now but the Zen was an awesome product

The Creative Zen Mozaic had a design flaw which creative would never admit to, the screen broke really easily when subjected to very little pressure. Two people I know had exactly the same problem and the number of people on message boards who suffered the same issue points to somewhat more than a coincidence.

that happened to mine, i was shopping and i had it in my pocket, and when i took it out it was broken, and now i cant find how to play it!!

if someone knows how many times i have to go down and click select so i can get into the songs that would be a great help, otherwise im screwed!
