everywhere in the world hve some part that look poor n some part that look wealthy even in miami i didnt knw there was one there in i had live in miramar soo i never knw some part in miami like that then i went some where wit my aunty man it was a ghetto neirbohood look just like this(the video)

Simple: A corrupted society,from the poorest Haitian to the richest

When I went to Haiti in 2007, I thought that it was the saddest thing to see how divided this nation was...those who are wealthy do not interact with the poor or want to help them, while those who are poor despises those who are rich...hence, giving birth to corruption and division...

In all justice, perhaps I was too critical and my tone, condecending. I did not intend to offend. That is not exclusive of Petionville at all. Most cities in Latin America have those severe contrasts, more acute if the country is better-off. I live in one of these, and the question here is that while having top infraestructure and evidence much prosperity around, why do we still have shocklingly poor neighborhoods that are easy to find just around the corner, face to face with posh districts?
