Contents include a warmup and posture explanation, tips on working with the wings, poses and intro combinations, tips and tricks for spins and turns, exciting crescendos, a 7 minute dance-alond improvisation, a cooldown with upper body stretches and specific combinations for duets. The DVD also contains 2 performances with Isis wings, so you can see some of the combinations and movements in action. Total running time: 93 minutes
