Are you kidding? What kind did you Get? Mine must have been cranked up a few more notches. It is day 3 for me and I am so red and swollen I won't step out of the house. I look scorch n torched. I am not sorry I did it and looking forward to the out come but I am hiding out till I look like me again!

I have a question Dr. Nick....was this the lutronic c02 fractionated laser? Also what setting was this on? I would like to get this done, especially around the neck, since fractionated can be performed on that area now. I have some minor jowling and would like to utilized this laser to tighten the skin for this problem. Would using a combo ablative for face and jowl area and fractionated for neck area do the trick or just fractioned at the highest setting be best.

Yes, a CO2 treatment does tighten skin and stimulate collagen growth. The laser treatment penetrates the surface layers of the skin in a factional (broken) pattern. This stimulates cell growth and collagen production in the lower layers of the dermal.

The cost varies based on the number of treatments necessary to meet your goals. At Colorado Plastic Surgery Center, we believe in a comprehensive approach to patient treatment. As a result our CO2 Laser treatment packages include pre & post laser skin care treatments, recommend skin care products and the actual laser treatment. Packages begin at $2,500 for one treatment with an additional $1,000 for each following treatment.
