Yeah it's been REALLY BAD out there.
I live at the intersection of 98st and 62nd drive in Rego Park too, across the street from the pool.
It's been more than 24 hours and they haven't plowed 98st once!! 3 freakin cars are stuck. It's a good thing schools are out for the break, or it would have been chaos at 206 and Halsey today.

This Winter storm dumped more than 20" of snow too fast in one day and I don't know how fast the dealing with the snow removal services when snow plowing trucks can't get through because stuck cars blocking the way during cleaning up efforts.
Just wait till this week end when mother nature will offers to us some raining out under way to help to get rid of the mess.
Don't forget to be careful during the melt down in the morning time when temperatures get below freezing marks.
