Now... I'm only 24.. and my friends.. the majority of them anyway... are almost in their 30's.. I'm the ONLY one who remembers these guys!!!

Oh, and it was actually in 2000 that Lois retired from touring.

Besides her husband's passing, Lois had had enough of life on the road. I read that in an article somewhere. However, Bram stated in an interview that Lois is very much a part of everything else that they do and they still do a lot that doesn't involve touring.

This brought me to tears... I miss you guys so much!!! My brother loves your shows. On days where the weather is bad and when times are tough, my brother and I just sit in his hospital bed and enjoy your shows TO THIS DAY!!! :) My brother loves elephant and loves to make elephant noises :) you light up our lives xoxoxo to you all <3 love your music

@rebafan232 Hey!
Sharon & Bram still perform occasionally but Lois retired in 2001 after the death of her husband, Ernest. Lois performs now and then with Sharon & Bram, mostly at benefit concerts. Their most recent performance as a trio was in May of 2008 at the Toronto Jewish Film Festival celebrating their 30th Anniversary as Sharon, Lois & Bram. Hope that helps!
