In memory of Brianna Sharp who was diagnosed with a rare inoperable brain stem tumor - diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma (DIPG) in October 2008.
Brianna sadly passed away at 6:12am on July 25, 2009 at the age of 13.
She finished the race strong.living up to the meaning of her name and her cross country motto.

thats very sad... i have the same diagnose but mine isn't something to vory about the doctors said. i bet just trust them... they operated it away but its still a little bit again inside my brain...

God bless. She lived only 20 minutes from me and I followed her story until the end. Brianna was a fighter!

I am so proud of my daughter...she fought such a brave battle and only wanted peace for all and told me on several occasions "no one should ever have to go through what I am going through..it's gotta stop Dad."
