Just a short shot of a 10 speed bike I converted into sort of a recumbent excersize bike /generator. It's using a wind blue alternator. I can light a 52 watt 12 volt bulb with it pretty easily. The gear speed reduction really comes in handy on it. It's more for the excersize part than for generating electricity though because you'd get tired out pretty fast. It's a good way to get a feel for how much torque it really takes for a wind turbine to turn an alternator under load.
