I have pretty fine hair since I got layers in my hair. For me it really worked and I LOVE it!! Another thing to help w/ lifting roots, blow dry your hair upside down and brush your hair while your doing it.

the shampoo wasnt bubbly because its sulfate free, which is a good thing...
