  • britain and france can do it, but the usa refuses to do something meaningful about wall street. we need lobbyists to be kicked out of washington and get some real work done without money being involved; however, i know that's not going to happen any time soon as long as we allow it.

  • Yes, that's true... one thing we need to do is remove money from the political process. No campaign contributions more than, say, $100. And require broadcasters who use the public airwaves to air debates of candidates with a certain minimum number of supporters. We need instant run-off voting, also. These are very reasonable suggestions that neither major party wants to implement because it would break up their duopoly...their pretend democracy.

  • The one major thing we need to take back from the Government is our education system. Everything else, will soon follow afterwards. Knowledge is power, no matter what you know. When knowledge is limited, then so is power. This is how countries like N. Korea controls its population, by deliberately teaching their false version of history. 'power to the people'.... not politicians

  • Exactly and the fact that the Democrats haven't passed single payer in these past decades (whether you agree w/ it or not) is beyond ridiculous. They can do it, but they don't want to.

  • Couldn't agree more..keep looking at the bigger picture. This is like theater . When the cameras are off, they are all laughing and shaking hands. They been using the media to fool us for years.

  • There's a difference: People who want reform & people who don't. For me, I look at who wants to reign in the bastards who are the source of the problem, and who's telling me to "slow down". Now, granted, there's a lot of corruption in Congress, but it varies in different degrees: From the senator who's clearly in the pocket of the corporations, to the rep who feels he or she is entitled to the "perks" of their job. The machinery it takes to get elected looks like something out of Silent Hill.

  • Ed76638.: Thanks bot. It was meant to be funny!

    For us of course..

  • @Ed76638 Republicans and Democrats? What does that even mean anymore? They alll look the same to me. I say let's stop fighting against each other and start kicking this rich assholes out.

  • @jamaulbrown i agree i think anyone talking about those two parties is either dumb or greedy.

  • @PatricksTime they're all fucking frauds.

  • CONGRESS.. you ALL need to be arrested and hung as traitors.. you'd better have an underground bunker to flee to beacuse soon you'll need it to escape the hangman's noose..

  • barney is a fraud!
